Sadness is a very powerful, yet normal human emotion. Sadness is a feeling which you probably feel when you have probably experienced a loss of a loved one(physically/virtually), things that didn’t turn out the way you expected it to be, hurt by some unpleasant unpretentious words, or didn’t live up to some expectations or of self.
On the contrary, Depression is something, you dwell on & its abnormal. A feeling which tends to weigh us down & drain us emotionally. When we are depressed, we feel sad about everything. So much so that, even the slightest raise of voice by anyone(be it unknown too), makes us feel like this is the end of the world. An intolerant feeling, where you see yourself drowning in the pool of negative thoughts, wrapped in self-pity, low self-esteem/self-worth/less loved/less important.
Nothing will change if you don’t change anything. Understand this: You have snap out of it. You need to get out of it & bounce back with a rebound. You cant be dwelling there in that negative world. The world is beautiful & bright, but it seems dark & dreadful, only in your mind. Its all in the head! Get out of it.. #Rebound, because the time is NOW! Don’t lose out on time, its the most precious thing you have.
